We’ve always been passionate about food, but when we had our first child, the desire to know where our food came from became increasingly important to us.
Shocked by how far and old much of our food was, we set out to change that—for better taste and nutrition.
We care about our produce and want it to be the best it can be. At the heart of our business…
Supplying locally
All our produce is delivered within hours of being harvested so it couldn’t get any fresher. This means that the nutritional value is at it’s peak and also keeps our carbon footprint low.
Sustainability
We use low energy LED lighting and compost all the microgreen waste. We grow from organic seeds where possible, in soil, with water and hard work – absolutely no nasties!
